Eric J. Tune has over 13 years of diversified experience in civil engineering, land planning & development, construction management, and real estate development.  Mr. Tune is a licensed Professional Civil Engineer in Nevada and Arizona.  In addition, he is a LEED Accredited Professional as designated by the USGBC.

Prior to joining Carwin Advisors Mr. Tune served as Project Manager for CCB Enterprises, Inc., a Las Vegas general contractor and was responsible for controlling project budgets and schedules; maintaining relationships with clients, subcontractors, architects, engineers, consultants, and suppliers; and managing construction site safety for various public works construction projects.

Mr. Tune has also served as Manager of Planning & Development for Pulte Homes – Las Vegas and was responsible for coordinating the design and construction of Reverence – Summerlin Village 26 (a Green Summerlin Community), Anthem Mesquite, and various other Pulte Homes communities within the Las Vegas Valley.

Early in his career, Mr. Tune was responsible for preparing and managing the civil engineering design of various commercial and residential developments within the Las Vegas Valley.  He holds a B.S. in Civil Engineering from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas.
